What I want, is just to make the toltip appear and disappear when I select the bar, BUT, if a bar is not selected, then to normally show the tooltip only during the mouseover action. In this way, if I select a bar, I will see only the tooltip of that bar, otherwise, the tooltip is normally showed without a selection action.
