Clicking on a state will bring up all the counties for that state with the data graphed. Clicking on any county or state will bring you back to the original view. However the current data for counties is from 1990 to 1994, and not the years selected above. I only have 1990 to 94 data loaded and will take another 3 days to upload the last 8 million lines of data roughly for data until 2013. I will probably rewrite the uploaded and optimize it more, but that will be 1 day. I just need to finish updating the mapping codes on a few states for this phase 1 to work as planned.
