The problem seems to stem from the positioning of the div. What happens if
you wrap the chart in a div, and position the outer div instead of the
chart div? Maybe like this:
<div id="outer_chart_wrapper" style="width: 100%; height: 410px; left:0px;
position:relative; bottom:2%;">
<div id="chart_div"></div>
</div>
