I'm getting it to work a bit with a dummy spreadsheet here:

Obviously there have been some changes to the API since I used to have the
option of CSV or html results and now they're coming only in JSON...
mostly. Is there new documentation? Also I don't understand what the "c":
and "v": represent here.
