A few key questions:' What do you mean by "turn off / isolate certain values"? Would something like this <https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/controls#chartrangefilter> or this <http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/fgM4V/> work for you to zoom your data?
