Hi Sergey, I experience it in Chrome on both Mac OS X 10.10 and Windows 7. I have not experienced it with other browsers but I only use Chrome on a regular basis.
It is pretty infrequent so I'm not sure how often it happens. Maybe once a month. It has been happening for a good while , at least six months I think. Sorry I can not be more definitive on frequency and duration.
