We generally just do releases when we can. We try to stick to a monthly cycle, but we often stray from that due to issues with releases. So if you're looking for advance notice of when the next release will be, you're out of luck. But we do post to the google-charts-announce group whenever we do a release, so your could subscribe to that to be notified whenever we do a release.
