This is certainly possible. The most straightforward way to do this would
probably be by using explicit ticks. However, I personally don't think this
is a good decision. Ticks are intended to give context, and using them to
only show the values for which you have data somewhat subverts that
purpose. You may want to consider using a discrete axis instead.
