Marium, Can you give us some more details of what you want your chart to look like and the types of your datatable columns? The chart type make a difference for what type of axis values will be required, and how the values might be spaced in the chart such that the tick values could correspond.
It's not quite clear what you are saying about your data. You could mean that either your domain values or your series values are of type datetime? Sergey is right that the simplest way to arrange that every domain value is displayed on the ticks is to either use discrete values, or to specify all the ticks explicitly by using the 'ticks' option. You can't use discrete values for series (yet) so if you are talking about series values, you'd have to use the explicit ticks option for the vAxis.
