ok, thank you. I will try dynamically moving the text svg into the proper 
order of the chart contents.

I know this isn't the appropriate forum, but could you tell me what browser 
you're using? Chrome?

I've tried accessing http://mla.homeunix.com/q-ratio with Chrome & FF, both 
from my desktop and iphone, with no problems. Google Analytics and 
Webmaster tools show everything as being okay.

Even if it was the DNS propagation issue, I wouldn't expect a "not 
available" error, since the old site is still running at the old IP 
currently.

Just ran a "fetch as googlebot" and that worked fine too. I'm a bit at a 
loss as to what's going on. Thanks.
