Your page wants a Forecast.io key, so I can't see any charts.  But I can
see your code.

There are some bugs involving the mirrorLog with data values close to 0
which should be fixed in the next release.   The viewWindow min and max
might help, but it looks like you are trying that already.  You can also
try adding minValue and maxValue.  If that also fails, I'm afraid you will
have to add some non-zero values in your chart in order to get the axes to
work right, until this is fixed.
