Yes. Here is the documentation for how to query a sheet <https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/spreadsheets>; and here is the documentation for query <https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/reference#query>, take special note of setRefreshInterval (for periodic updating). Strictly speaking, this won't be "live", since this is a pull-based model, and not push-based, but it should be more than enough for your purposes.
