This thread on GitHub has been open for 2 years - doesn't look like much 
effort has been put in to finalizing feature parity with the first version 
of Google Charts.

Legend: {position : 'bottom'}, as an example, has a number of mentions in 
the thread, and still doesn't work making the library fairly anemic 
compared to other open-source charting libraries. 

Are there any plans to bring feature parity up to date in future releases?
