Yup, I have the same issue. It started the instant my account was created - only in the Preview, my developer sandbox account is fine. Doesnt seem to be browser or cache related. I've tried all browsers, different computers, proxies and ISPs all to the same result. I dont know how to get support for this since there is no clear support channel and I guess reporting bugs in the 'shiny' error window is more for development issues in general than specific fatal errors that may require personal attention. If you get this solved or find a way to contact someone at Google, let me know please.
