Vista (a pain), Chrome 3, 0.9 megabits per second connection.. Works around average. The bigger waves take longer to load, but I guess it's doable. We're upgrading to 10megabits soon, so should be somewhat better. Ubuntu, Chrome 4, is faster than Ubuntu firefox (ubuntu 9.04 btw), though neither as fast as Chrome 3 Windows.
