What URL did you use when you inserted it into the Wave?

If you used the URL that you provided there, then it won't work, as
that is the URL that renders a pretty HTMLized view of the code.

If you used the URL of the XML in the repository ("raw file"), then it
should work. I've created a sample wave here:
https://wave.google.com/a/wavesandbox.com/#restored:wave:wavesandbox.com!w%252BhBi4MvxUA

Please create a public sample wave for further debugging help. Thanks!
