I'm sure many people, current GWT committers included, care very much about bug fixes/improvements to the stack trace deobfuscation code. Unfortunately, I doubt that translates to breaking out their wallet to fund your project. It's just not sexy/motivating enough. I would love to be proven wrong, as I also lament the lack of community financial support around open source projects.
