When we first switched to Git/Gerrit, we planned to keep SVN around in case
things didn't work out and we needed to rollback the process change. Well,
fast forward to today, and we actually haven't run our Perforce->Subversion
mirror script ("mirror2svn") in almost 4 months and no one external has
complained, so I think it's time we officially drop any plans to continue
Perforce->Subversion mirroring in the future.
There are no plans to *delete* the SVN repo at this time (we still need it
for the "tools" directory for now), but unless someone provides a
compelling case to maintain it and writes a Git->Subversion mirror script,
we don't have any plans to update it any further.
Let me know if you have any concerns/questions about this.
