Daniel mentioned to me that some people have actually mistaken lack of
commits to gwt.googlecode.com/svn/trunk as an indication that GWT is no
longer under development.  So if no one objects, tomorrow I'll delete
everything under svn/trunk and leave a note that development has just moved
to Gerrit.
