folks, hi, in the pyjamas codebase, the event handling for dialog box drag- moving, on the caption, doesn't fully capture the mouse properly: http://pyjs.org/examples/kitchensink/output/KitchenSink.html#Popups and click "show dialog", then wiggle the mouse around dramatically.
