oh yeah, definitely.
after some print statements (from pyjamas-desktop version, which is
pure-python) i found that yes, DOM.setCapture() is definitely being
called. event-stopping-propagation definitely works, when you try to
click outside of the dialog box (when not doing dragging of course).
however, the mouseout is going _outside_ the captured element....
bizarre.
