There just was a discussion on this topic, you might check the recent archives. I use IntelliJ but I suspect the best one is the IDE you are already familiar with. If you haven't used any IDE then just pick one. I think IntelliJ is the most friendly to use but that's just my opinion. IMHO eclipse usage seems awkward compared to IntelliJ.
