Hi Manik,

I did exactly what here you mentioned, but still I can see the space
occupied at the top and bottom for the table border, even though now
the border is not visible(as I gave 0px in CSS)

So what happening in IE, when I view my application is that, the
cursor placed at the slightly below than the expected height and the
bottom of the cursor is not visible.

I adjusted the cell height accordingly, but still I cannot remove the
space above and below the cursor in the textbox which is meant for the
border.
I simply want the textbox to fit 100% in the cell, so that it would
give the feel to the user like they are editing the cell and not to
typing something in the textbox as such. I hope you understood.

So any help again?
