I had a look at the link you posted.

OK. Still I need to make my problem clear. Rowselection I refer to
highlight an entire row when a cell is clicked.

In the above link I couldnt see any of them like that

On the textbox, they popup with the textbox and sort of OK and CANCEL
button to set the changed text back to the grid. Insted I want to edit
the text in the cell itself.
