This subject has been posted twice and is archived so no-one can reply to it. There is an issue #1547 with 43 votes on it.
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=1547 There are at least two good reasons to have an empty, blank project template when creating a new GWT project in Eclipse: 1) For those who want to know that they really have just the minimal stuff needed to create a new GWT project. for example, I have no idea if all that GreetingService junk really needs to burden my project. 2) For those, like me who tend to make lots of small, quick test projects to try out new ideas before writing them into our larger projects. It is a real burden hunting down all the stuff we don't want and deleting it, sometimes making cut errors along the way. Please, any ideas about how to make a blank project? If you agree, please go star the issue. Can someone who really knows what is needed and what is not needed make a blank project and post it somewhere for copying? Maybe with some instructions about how to make it into a new project with another name/package? Thanks. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
