Hello All, I have been looking at developing a Windows Sidebar Gadget with GWT using essentially the same codebase that has been used to develop an iGoogle gadget, OSX widget, etc.
The problem is that when the gadget is installed in the sidebar, no real content is displayed -- only a small white square. Running the HTML file in IE shows the gadget running perfectly -- after clicking through a warning about an ActiveX control (I don't use activeX in the widget -- perhaps this is related to the XMLHTTP request that is performed?). Is this an issue that has been looked at and resolved before? Googling for it doesen't seem to be much help. Any suggestions?
