Hie Kozura Well thanks for all your reply to my questions. You are right no one has time to answer all the newbie questions and everyone expect that someone should do a little homework before asking the second question.
The trouble here is I am not a GWT guy and like you said that this app is for a great cause so trying to work out the stuff. I am having a full time job in a different profile and it is difficult for me to read a lot about GWT. So, I usually post whatever I need to figure out for things to work. Once I am done with 1 complete flow design I will be able to use the knowledge to do rest of the stuff. So trust me I am not afraid of reading 10 things to get answer for 1 question its just the time constraint and serving this great cause which force me to find some quick solution.
