romanian :) I saw xfire, steam and other similar products but from my point of view they are way too complex. They are used mostly by gamers who play 24/7 :). What I want is very simple. Two clicks and you find what you want, no need to download anything, no need registration, etc. Another think that I want is to provide some kind of plugin which can be integrated in any other web site. Our web app will provide support for all games but the plugin will provide support just for a specific game. Taking fifa example : we will provide a kind of widget to each fifa related web site which will connect all users together. In this way the user from site www.fifa1.com will be connected to user from www.fifa2.com.
I've been working on this and I can say the application is finished 60%. Maybe the design and architecture is not so very good, but we can review it together and maybe modify it. When I started this project I was saying to myself that if it will not be a success it doesn't matter, the important thing is that I will learn GWT and new technologies. You don't have anything to lose, beside some time maybe :P Keep in touch:) On Apr 20, 5:06 pm, 4F2E4A2E <[email protected]> wrote: > german? > > nice project idea, but isnt it already there? xfire? steam? > i would like to join it, but if we start somthing that no one > needs...!? > > keep in touch > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Google Web Toolkit" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group > athttp://groups.google.com/group/google-web-toolkit?hl=en. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
