If you run using the Eclipse Development mode: launch devmode, right click on the url, 'Open With' -> 'Add a Browser'
For those that are having installation issues: - Launch your browser from a terminal and capture the log. - Let us know what you see for the plugin under chrome://extensions and about:plugins.
