To add an important part to the conversation. Widget #1 is developed by a team in CA. Widget #2 is developed by a team in AZ. They both have access to and utilize the 3 shared libraries.
Furthermore - the intent is that these widgets be capable of landing in the same page but also possibly separately in different pages.
