"The advantage of using appcelerator or AIR is that you wont need to rewrite the UI code. You can just take the same code you used for the webclient and it will work inside AIR for example. That have saved us a lot of work :)" If it's the very same code, same ui, same app, why don't have only the gwt frontend?
