It seems on the h9 and production sites that when you do an export of a record that contains weight measurements (not added via the UI) that the exported CCR includes both a Vital Sign section and a Result section for weight measurements. The Vital Sign section is not a valid CCR section (missing source field). Why is a Vital Sign included in the exported CCR? Or if it is needed can it at least comply with the CCR XSD?
