Hi, Thanks for posting this issue. We've verified that it's a bug that we're not including the Source element in the CCR Result element for height and weight measurements in the VitalSigns section. This is certainly something that we'll look to fix. We include the latest height and weight measurements in the VitalSigns section to comply with the CCR specifications, which recommends it's use to follow clinical convention.
