Hi,

We've checked your log files and the device is still reporting that
it's using version 2.09 of the Nexthaus client:

Man [Nexthaus Corp]
Mod [SyncJe for BlackBerry]
SwV [2.09]
FwV [2.2.0.98]

This indicates that the update did not work correctly. Please ensure
that release 2.10 of the client has been installed correctly. If
you're sure it is you may need to contact Nexthaus to find out why
it's still reporting itself as 2.09.
