I am not having trouble myself, but if paying clients have several days in a
month where they cannot use the service, I really do NOT think they should
be paying. I understand it may be impossible (or too difficult) to process
refunds, but you should at least extend those people's memberships by the
time they are not using, if that makes sense. If they haven't been able to
reliably use the service for a significant portion of a month (5 days?),
their membership should be extended by a month. You know who these people
are if they have posted their trouble in the group. Just my opinion.

I'm sitting tight waiting for calendar categories for palm....
