Hi, The log files showed that you were attempting to synchronise with an unsupported sync mode. The sync was terminated with an appropriate error code but it appears the device is mis-interpreting it and showing a different message.
Ensure the sync mode on your device's sync settings is set to Normal and try the sync again.
