Hi,

When did you last attempt a synchronisation? Our records show the last
sync detected for your account was on 17th March at 16:17 GMT (failed
sync because of unsupported sync mode).

If you've synchronised since that time then it indicates that the
device cannot establish the connection with the server.

Please check your connection settings on your device and ensure
they're valid for use with synchronisation.
