Hi, There isn't any need to be logged out of the Google Calendar when synchronising.
The Google Calendar authentication is done from within the GooSync account pages. There is a Google section where you can either authenticate using your login details or you can authenticate via "proxy" (no need to provide your Google login details). In order to find out why the sync isn't working correctly we will need to check the server log files. Please provide us with the GooSync username so we can locate the log files for your account.
