When I tell GooSync to sync to my boss's Palm Treo 700P, it acts like it's syncing (i.e., it counts off items that are supposedly syncing), but when it says it's complete, there's nothing on his Treo calendar. And, in one case it did sync, but backwards: instead of bringing GCal's events into the empty Treo calendar, it brought the Treo's empty calendar into GCal, wiping out GCal completely.
Any idea how to make this work? In order for the sync to work, does GCal have to be "closed" (i.e., everyone logged out of the account)? Also, sorry for the slew of questions... but I don't know how GooSync would even know which Google calendar to access, because I never gave it my GCal username and password. It has my GooSync ID and password, but I didn't see anywhere to give it the Google Calendar username and password. I appreciate any help you can give me... this is for my boss, and he's a busy guy who relies heavily on these kinds of things working reliably. Hopefully GooSync isn't the problem, and it's just something I've overlooked. Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can provide! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GooSync" group.
