Hi, We've checked the server but cannot locate any record of your device synchronising with GooSync.
This indicates that the device cannot correctly establish the connection to the GooSync server. Please ensure that the settings sent down via the configuration message are correct and also check that the internet connection profile you have selected is suitable for SyncML data transfer (you may need to check with your network provider).
