Hmm.. I'll try.

I was taking a look at this yesterday, and it might be a problem
caused by the provider proxy (provider is Yoigo in Spain). I already
tried to avoid it but it's obviously enforced at some point.
The only odd thing is that the 2K+ bytes sent by the phone... and the
fact that gcalsync's http/https tests work well (probably not using
syncml over http on there, though).

I'll contact the service provider regarding this asap, and I'll keep
you updated on the subject ;)
