I recently updated the firmware on my phone and thus I am going to have to reinstall the goosync profile. I went to the website but I am having trouble logging in. When I tried to login nothing happened, it reloaded the login page (w/o the incorrect password error). I tried entering another password and then I got the incorrect password error. Back to my password, the page just reloads. I tried the forgot your password page and had a randomly generated password sent to my email account. When I try and use this one I get the same behavior, just reloading of the login page. I thought maybe I am authorized now but its just not sending me anywhere so I tried click "home" on the page and it took me to the main page, but I still cannot access my account. I have subsequently tried the "forgot your password" process again, now I am getting errors when I try and sumbit my information.
"An error has occurred whilst handling your request. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact your administrator. Page /ForgotPassword.aspx Error OnRetrieve Error (real)" Thats is the exact text of the error I receive. I also thought it was worth noting that the verification code on the forgot your password page is not changing with each request. I believe something to be wrong server side. Please help and TIA!
