Hi

Sounds as if you're a busy Executive Assistant...

You don't mention if you use the Google Calendar for your
appointments!
GooSync will only sync your Google Calendar appointments to your
mobile device and back.

If you use Google Calendar and their colleagues do as well,
you can you use the Google Calendar web interface to maintain your
calendars
and use GooSync to synchronise your appointments to your device.

This means you don't need to use Outlook/the Palm Desktop to maintain
your calendars and avoids syncing
with ActiveSync and HotSync. (It is possible to sync your device with
ActiveSync/HotSync after you sync with GooSync
to get the Google Calendar into Outlook using your Treo but is
cumbersome.)

If you upgrade to the GooSync subscription service,
you can sync multiple calendars.
This includes your Google default calendar,
as well as any calendars that you create in Google,
any calendars shared to you by your collegues and
well as any public calendars that you subscribe to.

Your devices Treo 650 (Palm OS), Treo 700p (Palm OS), Treo 750
(Windows)
are all supported by GooSync and involves installing a SyncML client
which can downloaded for free from the GooSync web site.

At the moment, we do not support a contacts sync.

If you can supply us with more information about your setup
we can decide if GooSync is right for your organisation!

Best regards
Wai
