Category support will only available for Windows Pocket PC/ Smartphones, Palm OS devices and Treos. Please read the multicalendar help from our web site for more information :- http://www.goosync.com/MultiCalHelp.aspx For all our existing subscription users with the above devices, in order to switch from tags to categories, you will need to delete your device from the My Device page and add your device again. You will need to set up your sync window and which select your calendars again. When you next display your calendars, it will ask if you want to use Tags or Categories. Decide which is best for you and select your calendars to sync and press the sync button!
