Hi,

We've checked your account and log files and they correctly show the
device sending the data to GooSync. The events in Hebrew have been
correctly encoded to allow the data to be transferred correctly, and
this encoding is valid so should appear correctly in Google.

However, the logs show that all events sent from the device were all
outside of the sync window (some events were dated as far back as
1985).

Are these single events on your device or are they repeated events
(yearly repeats for example)?

If they are single events then, unfortunately, they won't be able to
be synchronised to Google because they exist outside the sync window
and will be ignored during the sync (even the subscription version of
GooSync only allows a maximum sync window of 365 days in the past so
anything earlier than this will be ignored).

However, if they are repeated events then it's a different problem.
None of the events sent from the device included any repeat rules.
This repeat rule is needed as part of an event to show that it is a
repeating event. Without this the event just appears as a single timed
appointment.
