Hi,

First we need to determine what the exact problem is.

Can you create a couple of test entries on your device for today.
Create them both in Hebrew but keep one as a single event (just a
timed event with no repeat) and make the second event a repeat of some
kind (daily, yearly doesn't really matter at this point).

Once created synchronise them and see if they appear in Google.

If they do please check the repeated event in Google and see if it is
listed as a repeated event.

If they don't synchronise over (or the repeated event only shows as a
single event in Google) please get back to me and I'll check the
updated log files to see what may be causing the problem.
