Hi,

Unfortunately that cannot be performed during the first sync (or after
a failed sync) with the GooSync client.

The GooSync client requires that the device and server are in sync
with each other before a one-way sync can be used. This is why a
reload device is initiated in the event of an update device being used
when the server must force a slow sync.

In order to perform a one way sync (server to device) you must first
initiate a normal or slow sync to ensure the device and server are in
sync.
