Sorry, but that is NOT the case. I am still getting the same "Sync Protocol Error" on my end. This is really getting old - I've been raving about your service (including doing so on my very well-read wireless blog) and now can't get it to work. PLEASE take another look at this ASAP and let me know when you have a resolution.
