Hi All

Thanks for the details of your problems. At the moment we have found
that
certain devices are having problems supporting either categories or
alarms, two of the most recent additions to our service. I am
currently putting together a list of devices that this affects and
development are working on a fix for this as we speak.

Chris your SE K800i, Maec your SE W810i and Andreas your Se W880i have
a problem with supporting Categories.
Wizard your account shows your using a Motorola Razr V3 and that it
has a problem with alarms.

You may be able to get your devices to sync if you remove the
unsupported values i.e. remove alarms or categories. However a full
fix should be available soon.

If you all keep an eye on the groups Current Issues page I will update
it with any extra info I get.
