Hi

Could you please check on your phone that your network settings are
correct. How does your phone connect to the internet?

Also our logs show we sent you an automatic configuration message, can
you confirm that you received that, if so your sync settings should be
as shown.

Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx
Username: Your GooSync username
Password: Your GooSync password
Calendar database: Calendar

If not please change them to match and try syncing again.
